WCA asks all attendees to honor these guidelines at WCA-sponsored events:​

​Rule #1: Obey all laws and allow event staff to guide you.

• Ask first. Consent required before photographing or recording anyone.

• Respect cultural property. Do not reproduce regalia, crests, and songs.

• No commercial use of media captured without prior written WCA approval.

• Honor restricted moments. Follow staff direction and restriction signage.

• Social media: Get consent before posting — especially minors and regalia.

 
Honoring this policy protects the dignity, privacy, and cultural sovereignty of our Tribal community.
